Through a series of projects leading to the implementation of an EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) system, we are creating a team to ensure that our people benefit in every sense from the changes we will bring.

As the Programme Manager, you will report to the Programme Director and help lead the team through a series of implementations which ensure our alignment as an organisation and in readiness for SAP S/4 HANA ERP landing. You will be pivotal in tracking everyelement of the programme, and in spotting opportunities and mitigating risks. Responsible for governance, you will be an active part of the team and challenge how we operate and our decisions. You will use your mental dexterity to provide us with insightsto help us connect our thinking, whilst your structure will ensure the right monitoring is in place, benefits are realised, and reporting hits the mark for a wide population of stakeholders. We are looking to create a 'model’ set of interdependent projects,so your legacy is also likely to live on. We will be the first to use?a new version of SAP, and this will become a case study for SAP themselves.

As important are your skills. You are a doer and like nothing more than getting close to your colleagues to understand how you can help them, and they you. Openness, collaboration, determination and leadership skills are all up there on the hierarchy ofneeds for this role. Finally, your standards are the highest, but you can fall back into just having fun at the right times.
