Through a series of projects leading to the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, we are creating a team to ensure that our people benefit in every sense from the changes we will bring. To make this happen, we need an empoweredChange team that simply thinks about change and transformation as a connected user-focused journey. We need a Business Change Manager who will own the journey and ensure that the rest of the programme team see it as a main priority. You will help to set theprogramme culture and be seen as a model of that culture which others will follow.

The Business Change Manager will report directly to our Programme Director, lead our change team, and influence all parts of the programme. You will create the change strategy and plan, undertake stakeholder and impact analysis, and ensure our readinessfor multiple but connected implementations. As importantly, you will create the user journey by readily mixing the spectrum of communications and learning and assure our professionalism with all stakeholders. Creativity and new approaches are an essentialtheme for the Change team.

We are looking for a Change professional who can bring with them a bag of change tools and processes. Impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness will feature highly. We require a rounded approach, so you will have demonstrable successes acrosscommunications, learning and training and understand the interplay between them for ensuring adoption. A large-scale and successful adoption of software is an essential requirement and having ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.

Your skills are equally important. Your ability to put yourself in the shoes of the user is an essential need for this role. Determined and not willing to settle for second-best, you will have a reputation for being a doer, and have high energy and pace.Able to adapt, willing to embrace the new, you will approach all situations proactively and with a deadline in mind. This programme is highly visible and will expose you to all levels of staff and external stakeholders, most functional areas, and activitiesthat others will take many years to experience.
