40-44 hours per week. Thursday-Sunday so 3 days off every week.

Main duties to include:

- Assist the head chef to ensure a smooth service is achieved each day
- Working as part of a team
- Supporting a busy, fast paced kitchen
- Washing up pots, helping with food preparation, helping with cleaning
- Ensuring the Chefs and Waiting Staff have everything they need for service in a timely manner
- Ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to and that the kitchen is kept to a high standard of cleanliness
- Understanding and adhering to strict Health and Safety standards
- Supporting and working with all Head of Departments, in all aspects of running the business.

Pay: £11.50 per hour
