Our client is a privately owned restaurant with rooms on the edge of the New Forest. A recent stunning refurbishment has created an extremely welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.
The Three Lions is situated with The New Forest National Park just outside the old market town of Fordingbridge, with easy access from Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton areas. The restaurant with rooms sits in lovely grounds with gardens, patios anda large car park. The company have created an intimate restaurant and bar area and have a fantastic conservatory for overflowing dining and private functions. They are looking to build on a successful start since re opening under new ownership in July 2021and would like to respond to increased demand by offering more from the kitchen. A la carte menu, Sunday lunch, bar menu, cream teas and function menus are on offer.
**The Role**
Due to increasing bookings and demand the company are looking to add a sous chef to the team.
You will need an enthusiastic approach and the ability to enjoy your work as part of a team striving for excellence. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work calmly under pressure will be vital to the role.
