Are you Target driven, can manage your own workload and work with a fantastic team then we might have the ideal role for you. We’re looking for Outbound Advisors to join our vibrant Outbound team at our Customer Contact Centre based in Newcastle.

It is the ideal opportunity for someone with customer service experience to put their talents to the test and provide our customers with exceptional levels of service. The role is to contact our customers who’s vehicles are due Service and MOT’s and actively appoint them a convenient date and time at one of our dealerships.

As an Outbound Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with our Nissan, Renault, Dacia and Vauxhall brands, supporting the dealerships with all things aftersales.

The role itself is full time 40hrs a week working 9.30am-6pm Monday to Friday.
