**Competitive Basic Salary of £22k, with OTE of £30k per annum**

**40 hours per week working Monday to Friday (09:30 to 18:00) and every fourth Saturday (09:00 to 13:00)**

After a year of incredible growth, we are expanding our friendly Contact centre team in Newcastle and are currently recruiting Aftersales Advisors to work with our Nissan, Renault, Dacia and Vauxhall brands, supporting and assisting our customers with Booking requests for their vehicle.

You will be joining our team of Aftersales Advisors dealing primarily with our previous cutomers and helping to book appointments and answer any general queries they may have relating to their Service, MOT or other essential maintenance work.

For this role it is essential that you are able to demonstrate working as part of a team, as well as having previous experience in a Customer Service role. You should be organised and meticulous, able to plan ahead and motivated to always maintain high standards. You must be proactive in contacting customers and getting their vehicles booked in ahead of schedule for any Services or MOTs.

We are based in the Newcastle Business Park at Asama Court with parking on site available, direct bus routes into Newcastle and local amenities within walking distance.
