**The role**
- Working closely with the junior lawyer group on a wide range of corporate matters
- From time to time, you can expect to be working on some commercial matters as the firm's teams work closely together
- You will be working on the buying and selling of a business and shared purchases amongst a variety of other corporate and commercial matters
- From time to time you can expect to be travelling across the firm's other West Yorkshire office in Bradford
- You must be a Paralegal with previous experience from a Corporate or Commercial environment with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the field
- You will be committed to your career development with this supportive team
- A confident communicator with previous experience in liaising with clients and colleagues of varying levels
