A leading Financial Services company based in Bury St Edmunds is looking for a personable, dedicated, and motivated individual to join their bubbly team as a Team Support Administrator.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scanning to document management system and electronic filing
- Issue client policy information request letters and collate responses
- Complete post meeting review and post new business updates
- Input details to io (back-office system) from the client fact finds
- Prepare client review packs including client schedules
- Undertake specific tasks to support the team
- Provide cover to the receptionist
- Assisting with some basic it queries
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Be dedicated, hardworking, personable, and want to build a long-term career
- Be a recent graduate or have some administration/customer service experience
- Have a passion for the financial services industry
- Be able to work well in a team as well as be able to work under own initiative
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
