**What we are looking for**
We’re eager for an enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator to join our talented team of producers, project managers, animators and artists, supporting and working on a variety of projects for the business for a range of world class clients.
We blend the agency and production company model so we are looking for a confident, proactive and ambitious Project Co-ordinator who is confident, highly organised and eager to learn.
**What You Will be Doing**
- Learning from a small but experienced team of producers and project managers across film, animation and immersive projects
- Working with a Producer to support with managing smaller projects
- Supporting the production of larger projects across our 3 pillars
- Assisting the team with writing and curating case studies and social content for the business
- Assisting and attending shoots/recces
- Supporting the Production team to managing workflows on projects to ensure they are running to time and budget
- Staying up to date with new technologies and working with the Creative Technologist on AR/VR projects
- Highlighting and requesting creative resource to ensure the team is utilized effectively
- Assisting in writing presentations for internal and external communications

**What We Are Looking For**
- Experience supporting within a marketing, advertising, production or events company
- A passion for innovative technologies, animation and film
- Highly organised and proactive
- Understanding of the importance of budgeting and timelines on projects
- Experience in successfully meeting deadlines
- Confident in creating and delivering presentations both internally and externally
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of the wider team on numerous projects
- A true problem solver, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- A creative eye and detail orientated
- Articulate, approachable and confident when communicating with clients/internal teams
- A real love for Moving Image and passion to develop in the role of Junior Producer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
