Motion Graphics Designer
to help bring data, products, and campaigns to life through animation, interactive design, and visual storytelling. This is an opportunity to collaborate across creative, marketing, and product teams - using motion to make complex markets intuitive and inspiring to understand.

The role

As a
Motion Graphics Designer
, you'll use animation and motion design to turn data, insights, and ideas into engaging visual stories.

Your work will span marketing campaigns, digital products, data visualisations, and interactive dashboards — helping audiences connect with information in more dynamic ways.

About the job

  • Create motion assets and animations for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and social content
  • Animate UI components, product flows, and micro-interactions to illustrate user journeys
  • Collaborate with data analysts, designers, and marketers to bring complex data to life
  • Integrate motion design into reports, dashboards, and interactive experiences
  • Apply strong graphic design fundamentals to maintain clarity, consistency, and polish
  • Explore new creative techniques to make visual storytelling more intuitive and emotionally engaging
  • Experiment with emerging technologies and data-driven motion approaches
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative output supports brand goals

Who you are

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    motion design or animation
    , ideally within digital products, campaigns, or tech environments
  • Proficient in
    Adobe After Effects
    ,
    Adobe Creative Cloud
    , and
    Figma
  • Solid graphic design foundation and strong visual eye
  • Skilled in animating UI components, transitions, and narrative videos
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Houdini, or similar) — comfortable adapting existing assets
  • Interest in data-driven or generative motion design (scripting, automation, or dynamic workflows)
  • Experienced collaborating across design, product, and marketing teams
  • Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and eager to explore new tools and motion trends
  • Open-minded and resourceful — excited to experiment and iterate
