**MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER**

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a **Motion Graphics Designer **to join our Entertainment Team.

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will work across a wide variety of projects, designing and creating both static and motion graphics that will be used in social media videos for our clients. This is not solely a static graphic design role, this will be heavily weighted towards video/motion design.

**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Creating 2D and 3D animations, using available graphic elements and typography for videos to be published on social media
- Producing and building textures and graphical design elements from scratch. Not relying on the use of image libraries for projects where design resources are limited and creative problem solving is required
- Advanced knowledge using After Effects ‘Effects and Presets’ Panel to produce motion graphics without relying on external or additional plug-ins
- Knowledge of social media format layouts, safe zones and ratios to produce design content with social in mind (including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
- Editing, superimposing and manipulating visuals
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop effects
- Interpreting and designing in line with client style guides and brand guides day to day
- Taking video assets and improving the creative aesthetic through After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D
- Reporting into the Senior Motion Graphic Designer who manages the departments design output alongside the departments Senior Creative Partnerships Manager.
- Working alongside another Motion Graphic Designer day to day
- Liaising with Content Editors, Digital Producers, Social Media Managers, Channel Managers & Partnerships Managers to identify their needs and the needs of the client

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Strong static and motion graphic design skills, including examples of previous work
- Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects. Cinema 4D is desirable
- Intuitive understanding of how enhanced graphic elements can add value to social video content
- Good communications skills
