We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual who possesses a deep passion for dance music to take the reins in leading and developing our Digital Graphic Design projects. In this pivotal role, you will have a significant impact on the design and branding direction of visuals for both our website and social media platforms.

Our ideal candidate is an exceptionally talented graphic designer, well-versed in motion graphics and AI technologies.

You will be engaged in every phase of digital media and graphic production, from the initial brainstorming to conception and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Craft visually breathtaking graphics for both digital and print formats that resonate with our brand identity.
  • Create eye-catching motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, social media content, and live events.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design engaging promotional materials such as posters, album covers, and merchandise.
  • Develop high-caliber visual content that enhances storytelling and captivates our audience.
  • Research design trends within the music industry and seamlessly integrate best practices into your work.
  • Guarantee timely completion of all design projects while upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Organize and manage design assets and archives to ensure a smooth workflow and easy accessibility.
  • Bring a sharp eye for detail and a discerning perspective.
  • Demonstrate advanced animation capabilities.
  • Exhibit creativity and an enthusiastic interest in film and video editing.
  • Showcase initiative, actively listen to others, and work cooperatively within a team.
  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Have a proven background in graphic design.
  • Display creative flair, versatility, conceptual and visual aptitude, and originality.
  • Present demonstrable graphic design skills through a robust portfolio.
  • Stay current with industry-leading software and technologies (including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Flash, 3ds Max, Maya, LightWave, Softimage, and Cinema 4D, among others).
  • Exhibit a high level of proficiency in all design dimensions.
  • Be literate in both PC and Mac platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic and Motion Designer, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and motion design projects, particularly in music-related themes.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
