**IT Support Technician, £28,000, Poole**

Role purpose

As **IT Support Technician**you will join a small yet **impactful team** within the UK's leading software provider in a specialist industry. You will provide **professional software support** to customers to their satisfaction.

As **IT Support Technician** you will be responsible for:

- Work with **software**, keeping all systems up to date and identifying any issues
- Ensuring excellent standards of **customer service**are provided
- Liaising with customers regarding their expectations and/or complaints
- **Providing support** to the team with any new or current tasks

As **IT Support Technician**your **skills** and **experience** will include:

- NVQ 2, GCSEs at A-C or equivalent
- Experience in **customer service** with good, well-rounded communication skills
- Desirable experience using **ERP or CRM** systems
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
