**The purpose of this role**
As **2nd Line Support Technician**you'll join a small, yet **impactful, team** within the UK's leading software provider in a specialist industry. You'll provide **accurate software support**, meeting all customer requirements.
As **2nd Line Support Technician, you'll be responsible** for:
- Working with **software**, keeping all systems up to date and identifying any issues
- Ensuring **excellent standards of customer service** are provided
- **Liaising with customers** regarding their expectations and/or complaints
- **Providing support** to the team with any new or current tasks
Your **skills** and **experience** will include:
- Experience working on a **support desk**:
- Desirable experience using **ERP or CRM** systems
- **Strong analytical** and problem-solving skills
- Experience in **communicating**with all customers
