**We are excitedly looking to recruit a Senior Supervisory Support Worker - 30 hours per week at Wilmslow Supported Living network.**

Care4CE, who are the provider services for Cheshire East Council, offer services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and dementia.

Wilmslow Supported Living Network provides 24-hour support with individualised, person centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes. People are supported to lead fulfilled lives and to participate in their local community to access local services.

This Supervisory role is required to provide day-to-day supervision of a team of Community Support Workers to ensure a quality service is delivered, and to assist tenants to achieve maximum independence through the provision of personal and practical support to meet an assessed need, or a re-ablement programme.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience of working a Social Care or Health Care setting Experience at a supervisory level within a Social Care Setting.
- Evidence of working to CQC regulatory requirements.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- An enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable approach to work.
- Competent computer skills.
- Experience of rota planning and shift co-ordination.
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Able to manage a busy workload and keep to deadlines where necessary.

**Essential qualifications**

NVQ Level 3 in Social Care, or equivalent, or commitment to complete within 12 months of appointment.

**Desirable Qualifications**

Supervisory training Specialist training, e.g. Mental Health, Manual Handling, Dementia Care.

Evidence of commitment to Continuous Professional Development.

The job holder would be working a 2 -week rota including alternate weekend working, including Christmas/New Year & Bank holidays. You will also work a paid on call rota with your colleagues as part of the Duty Senior Role:
- **Early shifts**:
8.00am - 15.00pm

**Late Shifts**:
15.00pm till 22.00pm
