Care4CE, who are the provider services for Cheshire East Council, offer services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and dementia.

We take pride in delivering high-quality services to our customers by having a well-trained and supported team. In addition, we have an excellent induction and training package and ongoing personal development opportunities.

The role of Care and Support worker will include:

- Providing a high quality person-centred care and support service
- Delivering daily support to Tenants such as personal care, administration of medication, accessing community services i.e. GP services, attending hospital appointments plus other activities to support individuals choice’s and interests.
- We support tenants with household management (i.e cleaning tasks, weekly food shopping, preparation of meals and managing finances).
- Promoting Tenants integration and inclusion into the community by going out and about, social interaction and opportunities
- Empowering Tenants to lead fulfilling lives
- Treat tenants with Dignity and Respect
- Be enthusiastic and flexible

You will receive;
- Membership of Local Government Pension Scheme
- 33 days leave entitlement from day one, rising to 38 days
after 5 years’ service.

- Full induction and training provided.
- Funded DBS

This includes working a rota shift pattern between the hours of:
- **Early shifts**:
8.00am - 15.00pm

**Late Shifts**:
15.00pm till 22.00pm

This does include alternate weekend working with weekend enhancements, also working Christmas/New Year & Bank holidays.
