**Job Role - Support Worker**

We are looking for reliable and experienced support workers to work alongside a **young male autistic adult, requiring support to engage, promote independence**, teach life skills, access the community, develop social interests, and support with aspects of personal care. Ideally, this role would suit **an applicant with experience/training in the following: LD, Autism and Challenging Behaviour (however training will be provided). **The applicant must exhibit a patient, easy going disposition, and be motivated to make a difference to this young adult's life.

**Situated: Wilmslow**

**Shifts**:
**Monday - Friday 15:30 - 22:00**

**Saturday 11:00 - 22:00**

**Sunday 15:00 - 22:00**
- (You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)_

**Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Full clean driver's license
- NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
- Experience of providing complex care **(e.g. Autism, Tracheostomy etc.)**:

- Content on working alternate weekends
