This role is pivotal to the development and success of Vape Dinner Lady and will be an ambassador of the business; therefore professionalism, integrity and transparency are essential to this role.

Working directly with Business Development Manager and the Head of Department; communication, organisation and time keeping skills are paramount. You will be expected to work with the wider Sales team and other Departments to ensure all existing and new partnerships within the international channel are maintained and to oversee each order from raising the invoice to the goods being received by the customer.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Align with the Marketing, Finance & Operations Teams to ensure an efficient supply chain with timely deliveries.
- Develop strong relationship with Key Accounts with the ultimate objective to grow the channel
- To represent the Vape Dinner Lady brand in a professional manner at all times.
- Utilise up to date Business and market intelligence in sourcing of new leads and customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional business relationships with stakeholders, internal teams, external indirect teams, chains, distributors and buyers.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external indirect teams, chains, distributors, and buyers.

**Skills & Competencies**
- High Attention to Detail
- Work to tight deadlines and can multi -task competing priorities
- IT Literate
- Experience of a CRM System
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to communicate via, verbal & written methods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience desired
