Spencer Clarke are hiring sales executives of all levels for our client based in Blackburn.

You will be working for a national car leasing/sales company offering a great career path.

The company are looking for experienced sales people with with a good pedigree of sales, as well as hitting and exceeding targets.

The company are also looking for strong communicators, with persistent personalities who are hungry for commission who feel they would succeed in this role.

**As a sales executive based in Blackburn, you will be tasked with**:

- high volume inbound and outbound calls
- managing and chasing hot and cold leads
- hitting KPIs

**The ideal sales executive will have**:

- Experience in a similar role but not essential
- strong communicator
- determined character
- good time management and account management
- organizational skills
- polite phone manner
- sales and kpi driven mindset

**What’s on offer;**
- working hours are Monday to Thursday09:00-17:30 with one of those days finishing at 19:00 Fridays are 09:00-17:00
- the role is paying between £14500-£22000
- generous commission structure
- 4 weeks training provided
