**Internal Sales Assistant**

Based Coleshill
Office hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm or 8.00am to 4.30pm
We are recruiting for an internal sales assistant on behalf of our client based in Coleshill. You will report to the Branch Sales Manager, be required to administrate all sales related functions efficiently and effectively to our customer base.
Duties will include:
- Develops, tracks, and maintains customer base in assigned territory
- Provide Best-In-Class customer service in accordance with the objectives of AMS Ltd
- Interface with customers in assigned territories, including, but not limited to, generating sales and profits from assigned customer base
- Process customer orders
- Provide feedback to Management and Administrative Departments
- Assist in maintaining A/R integrity with all customers in assigned territory
- Execute Management strategy for sales development
- Participates in departmental and/or other company meetings
- Aerospace industry and metals knowledge/experience would be an advantage
- Strong academic record
- Customer facing experience
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good level of IT skills, Including MS packages and Estel
