Ideally the individual will be familiar with Local Authority and Housing Association type clients and have excellent IT and telephone skills
- Plan and schedule PPM and Reactive works
- Liaising with client’s, colleagues, engineers and sub-contractors
- Invoicing
- Purchase orders
- Deal with escalated issues to resolution
- Proficient use of all Microsoft packages
- All associated administration
- Knowledge of simPRO advantageous but not essential
