This is your chance to make a real difference to the staff across NHS Wales through the continued development and deployment for the Welsh Patient Administration System (WelshPAS).

This is an opportunity for a passionate Business Change Facilitator (eLearning & engagement) to join our team to role model digital ways of working and embrace the NHS values as we support the upgrades and deployment of WelshPAS to end users. In the future this will take the form of a WelshPAS app, and a re-development into a web-based system.

You will role model a patient first culture by providing expertise in change management strategies and planning to maximise adoption and minimise resistance.

You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to systems and technology, business processes, and organisation structures. You will take the initiative, working autonomously to maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders, understanding training needs to develop concise and engaging training/eLearning (using Camtasia, Articulate StoryLine and M365/Adobe), while adapting training approaches as appropriate.

The successful applicant will need to use their expertise and knowledge to:

- Design, develop, deliver and evaluate eLearning and support materials for DHCW and the wider NHS Wales.
- Provide business change expertise to implement DHCW systems/ other IT projects and make sure that the highest standards of business needs are met by the systems implemented.
- Ensure that effective communication and training takes place to end users.
- Document business processes in association with clinicians and non clinicians when implementing systems and facilitate change work as required.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is part of the NHS Wales family and has an important role in changing the way health and care services are delivered through technology and data. The organisation supports frontline staff with modern systems and access to important information about their patients, while empowering the people of Wales to manage their own health through digital NHS Wales services.

Working for DHCW offers lots of employee benefits, including flexible working, a competitive salary, 28 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays and opportunities for career development. We are committed to recognising and celebrating our staff as the most valuable part of our organisation.

Join our game changing, life-saving team and start making a real difference to health and care services in Wales.
