Organisational Performance Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Organisational Performance team to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a robust corporate performance management framework for the Special Health Authority (SHA), which is consistent with the SHA’s strategic direction and Operational Plan, and actively promote a culture of excellence.

To support the Organisational Performance team by the following:
- To administer team meetings.
To work with the team manager in the production of the required products within the agreed brief.
Carry out research and development work.
Responsible for the preparation and completion of routine and ad-hoc reports required by the Organisational Performance team.
To be the initial point of contact for all correspondence for the team.
Liaising with any suppliers or account managers, as required.
Organising
To support the Organisational Performance team with complex activities across several different work areas
To assist in creating an identification scheme for all products.
To develop and maintain information systems to accurately store and analyse project data to meet the needs of the project and programme.
To contribute to the general administration of the Organisational Performance team.
Planning and monitoring
Planning and Monitoring elements requiring judgements of complex facts and situations which require analysis and interpretation
Monitor budgets and spend, producing finance reports monthly and when required. Assisting with financial forecasting and predictions.
Communication
Manage and communicate with a significant number of stakeholders and UK NHS employees and organisations.
Facilitating regional meeting / workshops.
