**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales area through effective merchandising strategies.
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette, addressing customer queries promptly.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking items as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for interacting with customers effectively.
- Basic math skills are required for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,367.50-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
