**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers courteously and professionally.
- Address inquiries with product details, pricing, and availability.
- Offer personalized product recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Handle complaints with prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team, engaging customers proactively.
- Process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge for effective assistance.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Ensure a clean and appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves.
- Arrange attractive product displays and promotions.
- Contribute to Multichannel Selling Strategy.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior customer service or sales support experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and POS familiarity.
- Sales-driven mindset with upselling skills.
- Flexibility for a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must have a UK driving license
