We now have a new vacancy for an Internal Communications Manager to join our People and Culture team at AAB Group. This role reports to the Chief People and Integration Officer and also sits in the integration team. In this role, you will work with a widerange of businesses across the rapidly expanding AAB Group as you will be joining a £50m+ group with 650+ team members in 10 locations across the UK and Ireland.
**THE ROLE**
**_INTERNAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER (at any AAB office - Nationwide)_**
The AAB Group is on an exciting growth journey, and we are now looking to expand our team with an experienced individual who can develop and execute an internal communications and engagement strategy to our growing team.
This is a permanent role and will be instrumental in building strong foundations for a growing group that thrives through sharing. We are looking for a creative communicator who is ready to deliver innovative communications to our 650+ professionals acrossthe UK and Ireland.
IN A TYPICAL DAY, YOU MIGHT:
- Plan and deliver internal engagement projects - both digitally and face to face.
- Develop the AAB Group employer brand.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to cascade news across the Group.
- Support specialist service teams as they join the group.
- Deliver a structured approach to keep all team members familiar with other services the Group offers.
- Coordinate measurement of team feedback.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels.
