We have a great opportunity to join our Resourcing Team as a **Resourcing Business Partner **on a **12-month fixed term contract** based at our head office in Coventry.

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

This is a true 360 role where you will be spending your time searching the market for the best possible talent using a range of sourcing techniques, proactivity creating talent pools and engaging with the external market to promote careers at Severn Trent. Not only that but this role is also about delivering an outstanding service to our hiring managers and presents a fantastic opportunity to develop professionally within an evolving Resourcing function.

In this role you’ll need to be comfortable working with pace, but its recruitment so that’s part of the game
