Menzies Distribution has a rare opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner** **to join the highly regarded Internal Recrutiment Team and support the continued growth of the business

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the coordination of our end to end resourcing processes from talent attraction to onboarding
- Advertise new requisitions onto a variety of channels and job boards, and use various channels for direct search
- Work collaboratively with HR and Resourcing colleagues to ensure our processes are efficient and effective
- Send out vetting paperwork, offer letters and contracts
- Ideally an understand the legal demands of working within the driving sector (such as Working Time Directive rules, Driver’s Hours, HGV License requirements, Infringements etc)
- Adhere to company procedures and policies

WHAT YOU NEED
- Previous experience as an In-house Recruiter or Agency Recruitment Consultant is essential
- Previous experience recruiting in the driving / logistics industry is desirable, however this can be taught
- Great understanding of drivers attraction, motivation and retention strategies
- Experience of using an ATS
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Ability to travel to different sites to fit business needs
