Our Resourcing team is based from our office in Coventry (near Warwick University) and so while we are currently working very much in a hybrid way - mix of working at home and in the office - you will need to able to travel to/from the office maybe 2 days per week on average.

If you join us, you will be part of a busy, inclusive team that plays an important role in recruiting talented, motivated and passionate people to work for us, whether that is Social Workers or in our Business Services or Corporate teams. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking a creative and strategic lead on specific recruitment campaigns (e.g. difficult to recruit areas, annual campaigns, specialist roles) offering advice and insight including the use of social media/digital channels to allow relevant Managers/ Leaders to make informed decisions.
- Supporting / training / coaching HR colleagues and Hiring Managers to continually improve their knowledge, understanding and approach so that they can continually look to provide expertise and value to the process.
- Working with preferred recruitment agencies to ensure effective performance and compliance to ensure a quality not quantity approach is achieved.- Taking an analytical approach to data / insights to ensure future recommendations are evidence-based and will deliver return on investment.

To be successful in this role you will;
- Draw on your existing, relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within an in-house resourcing team, operating at a similar level.
- Be able to demonstrate a background in coaching and supporting colleagues to develop their knowledge and expertise.- Develop and maintain effective relationships within HR, the wider organisation, including Senior Leaders, and a range of external stakeholders.
- Enjoy and embrace the challenge of maximising technology to allow HR colleagues to be more productive and gaining feedback and insight from non-HR users to ensure buy-in and adoption.
- Be commercially astute to ensure Cafcass interests are protected, and value-for-money is achieved through effective partnerships with providers.
- Work to tight, sometimes challenging deadlines and use your attention to detail to ensures you get the job right first time.
- Demonstrate personal resilience and organisational skills to manage yourself and others
