At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830
- Responsible for new proposition/product delivery.
- Own and manage the roadmap deliverables agreed.
- Support the New Product/Proposition Development team in capturing key consumer/market/competitive insights and business benefits (Business case)
- Lead and support the New Product/Proposition execution as part of the development stage - how will we sell the prop, how will we market the prop etc.
- Submit clear briefs & requirements to IT, Go-To-Market, Marketing to develop and execute the prop/product in the market.
- Ensure the technical solution, design of what and how we are executing the proposal meets the scope of the proposition working with Business Analysts, Solution Designers, Partners, Architects & various Go-To-Market teams.
- Ensure all business testing, risk acceptance/documentation are completed ahead of the launch.
- Ensure all key stakeholders and governance forums approvals are seeked ahead of the launch.
- Document all product/proposition features/specifications/business rules and support any audit processes.
- Handover the new product/proposition to the in-life owners post launch.
