An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, enthusiastic and positive Senior Internal Communications Associate to join the integrated and supportive team of an international investment bank.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing, growing international marketing and communications function within an investment bank committed to making a difference. The team is responsible for multi-channel marketing and communications operationsacross Europe, the US, and increasingly Asia. With line management responsibility for a Marketing Intern, the role holder will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of the firm's internal communications across the business, as well as operating as partof a solutions-focused function. You will be expected to deliver an enhanced internal communications strategy, coordinating and ensuring the clarity of all internal communications released centrally and managing incumbent internal comms tactics, includinga global intranet, a monthly internal newsletter, international Town Halls and an internal webinar series. The Senior Internal Communications Associate will also collaborate on the wider employee engagement strategy. This will involve the development of recruitmentand alumni marketing activity and providing support across international affinity groups and with seasonal and shareholder related internal campaigns.
