**Overview**

As internal communications associate, you will be responsible for supporting in the design and deployment of the company's internal communications plan.

**Responsibilities**
- Designing and creating materials and actions to develop and execute the company's communications plan in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting and executing of internal communications in a variety of formats (digital, audio-visual), following corporate policies that impact communications work.
- Conveying complex ideas in a simple and effective manner.
- Awareness of macro-economic and banking themes.

**What you will Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or Business with previous internal comms experience.
- User level of content manager programs (word press, drupal etc) and marketing campaign tools, such as Salesforce.
- Experience of working in banking or financial services is required.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of macro-economic and banking themes with an awareness of reputational and operational risk in communications activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CIM qualification or other marketing studies is an advantage.

**This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week working in the London office.
