Talented People are currently working with an extremely reputable client and looking to recruit Customer Service Assistant based in Crawley. The role will be to provide support to the Operations team, managing customer orders, resolving customer queries and maintaining high levels of customer service with full training provided.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for the main day to day logístical operations of the business, following a strict process to see orders through from initial enquiry to completion.
- Maintain live records by establishing all relevant information including job stage, who will be placing the order, price levels of materials required, specification required, start date and delivery requirements, site contact, name, and telephone number. High attention to detail required.
- To provide support to the Operations team and be the first point of contact for all orders and schedule changes to new and existing customers.

**Hours**: 08:00 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday
