We are a small but well-established UK-based e-commerce business seeking a **flexible, proactive team member** to join our growing company.

We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and genuinely passionate about **delivering excellent customer experiences** while also helping to keep our warehouse efficient and well-organised.

This is a **part-time position** with the potential to grow over time for the right person.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Provide **clear, friendly, and solution-focused support** for inquiries such as order tracking, returns, and product information.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to streamline service.
- Work collaboratively with our small team to continually improve our customer experience.

**Warehouse Responsibilities**
- Accurately **pick, pack, and prepare orders** for timely shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Use a **warehouse management system (WMS)** such as Veeqo to track stock and manage inventory levels.
- Maintain an organised and tidy warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent written English** - grammar, tone, and clarity matter.
- Previous **e-commerce customer support experience** (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Prior **warehouse experience**, with knowledge of order fulfillment processes.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
- **Highly reliable and punctual** - when you commit, you deliver.
- A positive, calm attitude - especially when under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with **physical tasks** such as lifting, moving, and stocking goods.
- Mechanical or construction knowledge is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work within UK hours (8AM-6PM) and overlap with our core team’s schedule.

- Hybrid role - part remote (customer service) and part warehouse-based.
- **Hours**: Approx. 15-25 hours per week to start, with the potential to increase as the business grows.
