Wiltshire College & University Centre have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

**Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire**

**Salary: £14,105 rising to £14,400 per annum (full time equivalent £23,669 - £24,165 per annum (Professional Services Grade 4 & 4a)**

**Job Type: Permanent, Part Time 24 hours per**week (Mon-Thurs 9.00am-2.00pm and Friday 9.00am-1.00pm), Term Time Only 36+4 weeks per year**

Customer Service Advisor - The Role:

You will have:

- A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude that shines through in every interaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your ability to communicate on all levels will be key.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Empathy and patience - you understand that every customer is unique and deserves your full attention.
- A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience within a customer facing role and be able to evidence your understanding of the importance of quality.

Your ability to communicate on all levels will be key.
- A flexible and positive approach and have a strong ability to manage a substantial workload.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
