They are the heart of the Embedded Finance market which is fastest growing part of Fintech space - They have a brilliant partnership channel - mix of Payment Providers, ISO’S, Brokers and Professional Introducers who introduce high volumes of pre-qualified lending opportunities which keep the sales channel busy

After a successful London office (8yrs) - They set up a Bristol based office 12 months ago which now generates 50% of revenue for the company. This is made up of 8 sales / partnership managers and we are now looking for a new sales support / sales enablement hire.

This role is being created to ensure 100% time for sales team is working on deals & to ensure most efficient streamlined sales process for the company as they scale.

**As the Sales Support / Sales Enablement your responsibilities and duties will include**:

- Ensure smooth deal flow with partners and customers, chase any documentation required in order for the deal to be completed
- Work with Head of Partnerships to improve sales policy and procedure to save time and ensure 100% efficiency
- Ensure CRM ( Salesforce) is all up to date with deals and customer details
- Work with Head of Partnerships to track commercial objectives / sales targets etc so the whole team is aligned
- Ad hoc tasks to support sales team

**Essential Skills and Competencies of the Sales Support / Sales Enablement**
- Preferred financial services, fintech or tech experience
- Proactive mindset, solution driven
- Happy to get stuck in with variety of different tasks throughout the day
- Happy to talk to customers & partners - confident phone manner
- Organised - spin multiple plates at once
