**About Us**:
Standing Together is a UK-based charity dedicated to ending domestic abuse and creating safer communities. We work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including local authorities, police, and health services, to improve responses to domestic abuse and support survivors. We pioneered the Coordinated Community Response (CCR) approach in the UK, a multi-agency partnership model that ensures the safety of survivors while holding abusers accountable.

Through innovative training, advocacy, and community engagement, we empower individuals and organisations to challenge and change the systems that allow domestic abuse to persist. Our mission is to ensure everyone can live free from violence and abuse, fostering a culture of respect and equality. By leveraging research and best practices, we strive to influence policy and practice, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by domestic abuse.

**Purpose of the Role**:
The purpose of this role is to drive the promotion and support of DAHA Accreditation across London Boroughs seeking to achieve accreditation. The post holder will provide guidance and assistance to members in adopting and embedding best practices that foster system and culture change, with the ultimate goal of improving outcomes for victim/survivors accessing housing support. Working closely with the broader Standing Together Housing Team, the role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic and operational housing partners, while continuously developing innovative housing solutions and responses to domestic abuse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support housing providers and local authorities in seeking DAHA membership through outreach, workshops, and one-on-one support.
- Guide local authorities through the accreditation process, tracking progress and offering expert advice.
- Deliver workshops and webinars on DAHA’s standards to housing providers and local authorities.
- Support the leadership of the DAHA Regional Group for London, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices between housing providers and local authorities.
- Represent Standing Together and DAHA at key meetings and public events, advocating for improved housing responses to domestic abuse.
- Support the creation and updating of DAHA resources, including toolkits, handbooks, and training materials.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- In-depth understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse and its impact on housing services.
- Experience in managing projects and delivering outcomes on time, to target.
- Ability to confidently lead workshops, facilitate meetings, and represent the organisation in public speaking engagements.
- Proven ability to establish effective partnerships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to equality, diversity, and anti-discriminatory practice, especially in domestic abuse and housing contexts.

**Benefits**:

- 25 days of annual leave (pro rata), plus English bank holidays.
- 1 additional day’s leave for religious/cultural observation.
- Salary sacrifice scheme.
- Private healthcare scheme (post-probation).
- Flexible working opportunities.
- Training and development opportunities.
