The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, understands local nuances, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.What You’ll DoOwn the regional marketing strategy and execution, aligning with global brand and business goalsAct as the local GTM lead for product launches, regional market entries, and high-impact campaignsLocalize and activate across brand, digital, partnerships, PR, events, and influencersBuild and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, affiliates, and media partnersOptimize regional acquisition and retention funnels with support from global growth and product teamsGather and share market and consumer insights to shape global positioning and campaign planningTrack and report on regional KPIs, including brand health, campaign ROI, and performance marketing outcomesHire, lead, and mentor regional contractors or future team members, shaping a best-in-class local presenceWho You AreAt least 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in GTM, regional, or integrated marketing rolesStrong cross-functional collaborator, able to bridge regional execution with global prioritiesExperienced in full-funnel marketing, spanning brand, acquisition, and lifecycleDeep understanding of local culture, platforms, media, and consumer behaviorProven ability to manage external partners including agencies and influencer networksComfortable in high-autonomy, fast-growth environments, with the ability to make data-informed decisionsEntrepreneurial — scrappy, proactive, and resourceful, with a bias for actionBonus Points ForExperience launching or scaling consumer tech, travel, or telco products in the regionFamiliarity with both B2C and B2B2C marketing motionsPrior work experience in a global org or matrixed team structureSome knowledge of eSIMs, mobile connectivity, or telecom industriesFluency in a regional language beyond EnglishKPIs You’ll Be Measured OnGrowth in regional brand awareness, reach, and perceptionAcquisition and conversion performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV)Campaign effectiveness including engagement, retention, and viralitySuccess of local market entry and regional GTM launchesStrength of cross-functional collaboration with global HQ and partner teamsWhy Join UsNomad eSIM, backed by LotusFlare, is reimagining mobile connectivity for the modern, global consumer.
