Senior Media Manager - London - PAYE

Gibbs Hybrid are looking for a Senior Media Manager for our London based client’ to support with media strategies, channel planning and brand communications. You will be the primary Media Business Partner to the Global Brand teams and advise on evolvingcommunication channel plans for global brands. Craft Brand Engagement Architectures (BEA) for global brands, including comms portfolio planning, budgeting recommendations, as well as audience insight, innovation, and performance media.
- Land global comms strategy in line with key market goals through the market teams.
- Support all priority events/activations of global brands across multiple markets by designing strategy and implementing media
- Ensure agencies are set up for success and provide guidance so that agencies can achieve excellent standards of service and thought leadership
- Constantly driving compliance of Media Golden Rules in key markets and cells to ensure growth
- Design and deliver capability and upskilling sessions for team
- PAYE role for 4+months.
- 2-3 days required in London office

**Essential**:

- Solid experience in Media Marketing / Media planning
- Background in media to be able to sell strategy from TV, Radio etc
- Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate with a broad range of global partners, internal stakeholders, and agencies.
- Strong collaboration and support skills that encourage multi-stakeholder projects to thrive
- Experience in global or multi-market initiatives
- Experience with large and small size brands and various business models
- Strong digital know-how and experience required.
- Strong analytical skills that turn data into insights.
- Be the intermediary between agency and internal brand team
- Oversee media planning/working closely with media agencies
- Stakeholder management
- Liaising with global network
- Microsoft systems experience - PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables)
