**Salary**: £36,000 to £42,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits

High growth global social media agency has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Media Manager to join their collaborative team. They are a leading specialist social media agency, with internal teams of specialists across social media management, clientservices, creative, strategy and paid media. They work with a plethora of exciting household name consumer brands, and also work with some leading charity organisations. They are a remote first agency with an HQ in London and a global presence. The new SeniorSocial Media Manager will be joining a global social media agency that has made a commitment to driving positive impact, including through improving diversity and inclusion, reducing environmental impact, and making ethical decisions.

**About the Senior Social Media Manager role
The Senior Social Media Manager will develop social strategies and campaigns for key clients.

**Key Responsibilities for the Senior Social Media Manager**:

- Lead the distribution and approach for organic content on social channels.
- Develop strategy for influencer campaigns.
- Maintain and grow knowledge of the latest trends, social platforms and cultures.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Manage, guide and oversee Social Media Managers.
- Work alongside client handlers, paid specialists and creatives.

**About you, the Senior Social Media Manager
You'll be a social specialist, looking to take your career to the next level at a top global social agency.

**Skills and experience ideally needed for the Senior Social Media Manager role**:

- 4+ years social experience.
- Strong experience in content ideation for social.
- Passion for brands and social platforms.
- People management experience and skills.
- Reactive content experience.
- Good writing skills.
