**Adults Learning Disabilities Support Worker**
- Up to £11 p/h (PAYE) + holiday pay + pension contribution + benefits_

Zero-hour, part time and full-time hours available

Your role will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities to enable them to live independently and will have the opportunity to support individuals alongside permanent staff AND/OR on a 1:1 basis with the individual(s) depending on the service.

You will be responsible in supporting various needs including personal care, financial, social, communication and recreational where you can make a real difference. You will also encourage individuals to learn new skills and help them get out into the communityand aid to meet their individual needs.

We work with various organisations and therefore different levels of needs and training is required. Where some services have more challenging behaviour, PBM is often required. Ideally you will have in-date training with a certificate, however we regularlyhave training held for PBM, manual handling, medication and more so can get you trained up to explore other opportunities.

**_To work with us, you will need:_**
- 6 months UK paid, hands-on experience OR recently undertaken training (with certificates)
