Select Support + is a small family run care provider we specialise in Mental Health and Learning disabilities. We have clients from Cheddar to Taunton and everywhere inbetween the two. Select Support + has a new exicting opportunity for a live in care assistant to join out team.

This opportunity is supporting a gentlemen in his fifties who has Learning disabilities and mobility needs. He is a lovely gentleman who enjoys socialising out in his local community who has a good sense of humour.

This gentleman sleeps well and do not require any assistance thoroughout the night so the nights are sleep in they run from 9pm to 7am. This is the following shift pattern Monday to friday 3pm to 9pm - Sleep in - 7am to 9am and then on Saturdays it's 7am to 9pm - sleep in - 7am to 9am.

This gentlemen has a very supportive family who are willing to help and tell you all about the gentlemen. He also has his own disability care so he is able to access the community on Saturdays todo different activities.

**Duties**:
**Personal Care (doubly incontinent)**

**Bathing, washing, dressing, oral health.**

**Hoisting, repositioning and mobility.**

**Attending events and appointments.**

**Accessing the local community.**

You will be on a two week rolling rota doing three days a week it will look something like this:
Week 1:
Monday - 3pm to 9pm & sleep in & 7am to 9am

Wednesday - 3pm to 9pm & sleep in & 7am to 9am

Friday - 3pm to 9pm & sleep in & 7am to 9am

Week 2:
Tuesday - 3pm to 9pm & sleep in & 7am to 9am

Thursday - 3pm to 9pm & sleep in & 7am to 9am

Saturday - 7am to 9pm & sleep in & 7am to 9am
