We provided bespoke, personalised, and valued Mental Health support to our clients and help to build confidence and trust, and we are there to listen during both the good and the difficult times.

**Experience is not essential** to this role as we offer in depth training and 2 weeks minimum of shadowing with our experienced staff.

Responsibilities of this role include supporting with daily living, some personal care, medication, accessing the community and encouraging our customers to lead a fulfilling life.

Our working hours are between**:7am - 10pm on a 2 week rolling rota that can be flexible.**

**We are looking for...**
- Previous experience is preferable, but not essential as we offer complete training.
- The ability to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways.
- To be passionate about your work and bring a positive attitude to your work.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including working every other weekend.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations.
- **You must have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle and obtain business insurance** **to be considered for this role.**
