**Summary**

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Front of House team at the**studio** in the UK. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients feel welcomed and well taken care of, aligning with our 'Customer First' mission.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain an organised, clean and tidy reception area.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team with clerical tasks using Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Uphold the company's values by contributing positively to the workplace culture.

**Qualifications**
- Proven office experience with strong administrative skills, is preferred
- Friendly with great communications skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone etiquette.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
