We are currently looking for an organised and confident individual to join our team based in Birmingham as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
Since you will be the first point of contact, we are looking for an individual who can always maintain a professional appearance and have confident telephone manners to create a brilliant first impression of our organisation.
You will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer phones and take messages
- Manage mail correspondence
- Greet clients and visitors
- Help maintain office diary
- Assist with invoicing
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Good academic background
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Calm and professional appearance
- Computer proficiency
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
- Ability to accept and understand instructions
- Respect for confidentiality

- Basic math skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
