As our Warehouse Stock Administrator, you will have a key role to play making sure our Warehouse function fully supports the efficient running of our manufacturing operations checking the availability of raw materials are aligned to the production plan and that inventory levels are accurate and traceable. In particular, the role will involve:

- Ensuring all picking lists are available for Warehouse Operators in a timely manner and are accurate against the production plan.
- Monitoring the accuracy of all completed picking lists against Sage, ensuring all items have been moved accurately.
- Carrying out manual stock movements on Sage to ensure stock accuracy.
- Investigating any large stock variances on completion of production jobs.
- Processing Work Orders on Sage for all products manufactured.
- Preparing stock transfers for all finished goods ensuring all goods movements are tracked accurately on the IT system.
- Prepare picking lists for goods despatching from both internal and external storage units and processing the movements through Sage.
- Carry out checks on Finished Goods despatching from both internal and external warehouses.
- Running Sage reports to check stock movements for accuracy.
- Running Sage reports to highlight any shelf life issues with Finished Products and Components.
- Assisting with quarterly stock checks.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 but flexibility will be required due to the nature of the business to ensure we provide excellent supply performance for our retail customers.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
