**Salary - £24,000 per annum**

Southeast Traders Ltd (SET) is a family-run business established in 2002. We are a wholesaler, distributor, exporter, and brand owner based in Glasgow.

Our longstanding relationships with manufacturers and traders allow us to access a wide array of products. Our customer base is large and diverse both in the UK and around the world.

We are seeking an experienced Stock Administrator for our FMCG wholesale business, this is a full-time (Mon-Fri) office-based role with on-site parking facilities.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Answering incoming calls
- Processing of purchase and sales orders
- Prepare paperwork & liaise with warehouse staff for order picking
- Assisting various levels of staff and ensuring queries are handled correctly and efficiently
- Resolving customer and supplier issues
- Organising the customer sample requests for shipment
- Filing and scanning documents
- Taking ownership of processes and maintaining an organised work environment
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Previous administration experience
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and the willingness to take accountability
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
- First class communication skill both written and verbal
- IT literacy - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Experience of SAP or other similar software would be advantageous
- Possess a positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Full UK driving license
