**Day to Day**
- Ensure all daily deliveries and paperwork are processed accurately
- ensure accuracy when entering data into the computer systems
- Liaise with warehouse personnel during the receiving process
- To raise issues and problems with colleagues and customers via telephone and e mail
- Maintain the returns process from customer to warehouse
- Perform any put away checks required from daily deliveries
- Assist with stock investigations from customer or supplier queries, receipt errors, etc and develop relationships with customer and colleagues

**What will you bring?**
- Knowledge of a computerised warehouse management system
- Knowledge of stock control and stock management would be an advantage
- Must have good IT skills
- Numerate and literate with good communication skills
- Show strong team working capabilities and work effectively as part of a team but also independently and to show initiative
- Strong focus on customer service
- Personable with a positive approach to work
- You will be reliable and self-motivated with the tenacity to see any issues through to resolution
