**Working Hours**: Mon - Thurs 06.45 - 16.00, Fri 06.45 - 15.30
**Salary**: £25,000 - £50,000 OTE Uncapped

We have an exciting opportunity for four new Business Development Execs to join our rapidly growing and highly successful team.
**The Role - Business Development Executive**:
Our business development team are at the forefront of our operations, driving content and revenue by generating warm and organic leads in selected industries around the world.
- Take ownership of driving new and repeat business in a specific industry segment.
- Research and identify key leads using a range of digital tools.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally to manage a pipeline of projects from initial outreach through to successful delivery and revenue creation.
**Person Specification - Business Development Executive**:
- Knowledgeable - commercially minded with an interest in business.
- Personable - have a passion for speaking to new people and building relationships.
- Coachable - continuously willing to learn and be proactive towards problem solving
- Driven - Demonstrate tenacity and persistence.
