We’re on the lookout for a **hardworking and proactive Unit Operative** to join our small, high-performing team at LYNCH. This isn’t your average warehouse role—we’re after someone who’s not just physically fit, but also sharp, detail-driven, and focused on delivering real quality.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Packing online clothing orders** to a high standard—speed is important, but quality comes first.
- **Following daily briefs sent via WhatsApp**, working independently with confidence and focus.
- **Lifting and moving stock up to 45kg**, so being physically strong and comfortable with manual work is essential.
- Working in a **cooler unit environment**, staying energised and alert throughout.
- **Maintaining quality control standards**—spotting issues before they leave the unit.
- Thinking ahead and staying aware of the bigger picture to keep things running smoothly.
- Working under pressure during peak periods while staying calm, efficient, and accurate.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who’s **proactive**, not reactive—you take initiative, solve problems, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Comfortable **working solo** and sticking to daily briefs without constant supervision.
- **Physically fit**, able to lift up to 45kg, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- A **calm and collected multitasker**, capable of juggling different bits of info and adapting on the go.
- **Quality-focused**—you don’t cut corners just to hit speed targets.
- **Detail-oriented**, but also able to zoom out and understand how your work fits into the wider operation.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a packing, logistics, or warehouse-style environment before
